Notice how
this is specifically "low-income
women." Not the poor in general, but
women. Why? Because of mammograms and Pap smears (I have always hated that term, by the way, it has such a distasteful sound to it). Of course, this is not the first
incident of poor women being the first to go when the funding runs out.
