A) His procedures were well within the law
B) Killing someone for what you believe is murder defies all logic, and is damned hypocritical. In a church, no less.
Even better, a local abortion clinic had notified the FBI about Roeder the day before.

Here's the thing - if you die in church, don't you automatically go to Heaven? Someone didn't think this through very carefully.
